Pat McGlinchy
Property Manager
At the cessation of the firm of Payne & Rawle Pat joined the well respected office of L J Bartlett as Assistant Property Manager and Office Manager and eventually became a partner in that firm.
In 1992 Pat joined Engadine Real Estate ‘The Professionals’ as specialist Property Investment Manager catering for the needs of both our Residential and Commercial Investors.
Pat’s 30 years of experience (including past Treasurer of the Cronulla - Sutherland Branch of the Real Estate Institute of NSW) equips her to handle all aspects of Property Management. Her unique combination of dedication, negotiation and communication skills with both Property Investors and Tenants, ensures that Properties are cared for to the benefit of the Investor, thus keeping the vacancy factor to a minimum.
In conclusion we might mention that in her long career she has only needed to attend four Residential Tribunal hearings and on all occasions having a 100% success rate!
